2020/01/11 NORISTRY One-Man Live - SINGER -

NORISTRY’s one-man performance in Yokohama!

✦ this was a really new venue!! Bigger than the last place he used, and had a small raised viewing area. There was also a higher viewing area, where a lot of his guests were!! people kept looking up there before the performance started to try to identify attendees lol…. it looked like ikasan might have been there
✦ restaurant ambience noises was played while we waited
✦ as usual, he had the ska band with him!!! he did a lot of jazz arrangements of songs and it was all so good omfg
✦ There were spotlight projections onto the ceiling in like flower and star shapes it was really cute….. in the back was a massive screen, on which they put nice backgrounds to match each song! it was really pretty
✦ he was in a full suit outfit and looked super good and neat…. it got pretty hot at the venue though so he took the jacket off about halfway through
✦ he started with call boy AHHHHHH i've wanted to hear his sing it live since he uploaded it so i was super pleased
✦ he sang a lot of songs i knew!! hit you with this piano, calc, shoujo rei, rain stops goodbye, jazz arranges of nonsense bungaku and fixer
✦ he sang his originals too!! he was so cute during them!!! especially for sing, which was near the end! he sang very loosely for that song and seemed so cute and happy and relaxed
✦ he told us he likes napolimen a lot because they remind him of when he used to mess around with his friends as a student so he sang a jazz arrangement of one of their songs!! it was really good
✦ he talked about how he generally sings for himself, and that's what he's been doing for the past few years, but as he's been doing performances and seeing how people smile (or CRY) from his singing, he's started to sing a little for other people as well
✦ he said he really loves weddings, and some listeners have said they wanted him to sing at their weddings, but he said it was impossible LOL we were like ehhhhh……. (he said we don't know his address) he said the next song is for all of our future weddings
✦ he also sang pretender after that~

Encore
✦ when he left the stage, the announcement video for his next one-man started playing!! we were all so surprised! then, he came out again and was like….. uh…….. well that wasn't supposed to play yet LOL
✦ so we didn't even get to cheer for the encore LMAO he called out the band members to join him and we took the group photos!
✦ he said that his mom came to see him today, and she's basically the reason he started singing at all, because whenever he did he'd see her smile proudly and thought, "wow, so singing can make people smile"
✦ he sang a ballad for her and made everyone cry…………………..
✦ finally, he sang one more song for his aunt, who passed away….? there was a really pretty falling snow-like background behind him
✦ when i left the venue nero was standing at the corner next to the door?! i had to double take and whipped my head around at him LMAO it seemed he was waiting for someone else…. while i was getting my drink afterwards he made his way through the crowd to a few surprised faces while nodding at us and disappeared through the staff doors

HE WAS SO CUTE THE ENTIRE TIME and his vocals were amazing as usual….. he really reaches your soul I LOVE HIM ;-;

2020/01/12 AraNaruMey no Otoshidama♡ Tokyo

Araki, nqrse, and meychan’s new year’s concert at Zepp Tokyo!! The guest was Amatsuki~ The new years’ theme was really cute!!

✦ if you buy 8000yen or more of merch you get to do a high five event with aranarumey after the concert!! so the merch lineup was kind of insane LMAO i got there at the 11am opening and waited uhhhh 3 hours….. and the charms i wanted were already sold out :') it's okay though because i still got some very cute items!!
✦ they handed us a gift going into the venue! a fortune and a badge~
✦ the set on stage was so cute!! food stalls, but the words on it were the band instruments. in the middle was a torii with a bell
✦ I was pretty far in the back, so it was a little difficult to see what was going on sometimes

✦ the three of them came out and sang some songs, both solos and in groups!
✦ first song was kami no mani mani!! a great way to start off a new years' concert~
✦ i distinctly remember meychan's limelight and aranaru roki, but there were a lot of songs i knew and actually a bunch i just heard performed yesterday at nori's one-man LMAO
✦ araki's hair is still SO PINK
✦ meychan said that his computer? phone? couldn't recognise his face after makeup LMAO
✦ araki’s venom was GREAT at the very end he said “MEH!!!” before running off stage
✦ narumey magnet!! after it ended, nqrse was like, "we need to do something for the ending instrumentals…." (because it's quite long) so someone told them to twirl their fingers at each other
✦ nqrse seriously considered it, so they got the band members to replay the end and did it while approaching each other from opposite sides of the stage…. at the end, their hands met and they awkwardly turned to look at us for the finish LOL nqrse was like deadpan "yes this is good let's do this the next time"
✦ they asked if we went to visit the shrines yet, and when so many people raised their hands for "no" they shouted that we were definitely lying LOL
✦ they got us to bow and pray? it was specifically a bow, bow, clap, clap, and lo~ng bow. they then rang the bell but either meychan or araki messed up the first time and they had to redo it
✦ when they finally did it properly, amatsuki appeared in the middle!! they said it was amazing because this is the first time the guest matched outfits with the rest of them…. they recalled how miko gero was terrible and called senra a bartender (he was in a really nice red suit in osaka)
✦ someone said amatsuki was still in the middle of his one-man tour so he must be really busy, and thanked him for coming
✦ amatsuki + araki marionette lovers!! amatsuki said it was an unexpected request but he's very happy he was asked to sing it!! they did the hand motions, which araki practised a lot, apparently. amatsuki did those breathing noises at the beginning
✦ THIS NIGHT AHHHHHHHH they were very cool!! nqrse also did the marionette lovers motions because he wanted to
✦ amatsuki's solo was chiisana koi no uta!! he was super cute and got us to sing a lot of it…. he also crouched all the way down and watched us with a smile as we were singing it was cute
✦ he's such a cute and cheerful performer, i enjoyed watching him~
✦ they did a few more songs after amatsuki left! aranaru did Will O Wisp and were super cool….
✦ araki's hibana was also so fun!!
✦ the last song was recollection endroll! all three of them jumped onto the platforms at the end~ just like the way they normally do it
✦ someone called meychan an okinawan fish because of his light blue and pink outfit
✦ someone said they skipped their coming of age ceremony (which was today) to do the concert LOL i think it was amatsuki

Encore
✦ They came back to the stage to sing erakute erai!they got us to wave our penlights/towels~ it's such a cute and cheerful song
✦ I don't know what it's called, but they wrote out calligraphy to a prompt! today's was "something you wish you could erase from the past year"
✦ nqrse took the longest and people kept pressuring him to finish LOL he messed up one of the hiragana
✦ amatsuki: "Airpods" (in english); during one of the XYZ performances, he went out onto the stage to start singing, but his ear monitors weren't working!! it turns out he never out them on and was actually wearing his airpods
✦ meychan: "koebu"; i didn't really understand his story that much but it's an app of some sort? and it closed down, but he still had money in it….?
✦ araki: "unagi (eel) pie"; this is like some sort of long biscuit made of pie pastry. i'm not sure what it has to do with regrets but until last year he assumed it was eel flavoured and thought that was really weird….. then nqrse was like "what?? it doesn't taste like eel?? to which the audience was like "eeeeh…???"
✦ nqrse: "ate too much rice"; he says he loves rice too much so he eats a lot and gains too much weight during winter. During the summer, he tends to eat noodles, and he only eats about a hamsters' worth, so he loses weight.
✦ they also get the band members to share their stories! araki lent them his mic. like half of them are drunken ones and you could still hear araki acting scandalised all the way from where i was
✦ one of them was a story about how one of them got really drunk, meychan handed him some grass, and he ate the grass, to which there was immediately a roar from someone of "ISN'T MEYCHAN THE BAD ONE HERE"
✦ we all take pictures to nqrse? saying "akeome~"
✦ to close, everyone sang shake it!! together!
✦ streamers were shot out in the middle of the song!! people were still scrambling to pick them up as they started MC so nqrse lectured us like "hey now, hey, i know you love streamers but which do you like more, the streamers or us???"
✦ amatsuki left the stage, and the rest of them took their time to say their goodbyes to us, visiting the sides and getting everyone to bow and pray again
✦ luz came up somehow, so araki stepped onto the middle platform and imitated him, then they made meychan do it but he clearly wasn't sure what he was meant to do and kept turning back to confirm with the other two LOL
✦ he did luz's call and answer part from secret answer「良く出来ました♡」and was his usual slightly awkward self about it but i think he did it quite well LMAO i still laughed though

Hi Fives
✦ lots of people stayed for high fives!! they kept us in the hall, and as we exited we passed by the table where aranarumey were planted
✦ nqrse was first~ he was so cute and gentle and he had some really flashy pink eye makeup going on omg he was so sparkly
✦ meychan seemed so tall……. he was very pretty i was kind of thrown off….. perhaps its the Youth
✦ araki was so loud and cheerful omfg i couldn't help but start laughing when i got to him… he was kind of bent down a little as well, to more or less match eye level with attendees
✦ i don't remember what any of them said LMAO probably "thank you" but it went by so fast

2020/01/13 AraNaruMey no Otoshidama♡ ~NaruMey Birthday~

Aranarumey at Zepp Tokyo, with guests luz, un:c, and senra!! This was a special additional performance of their new years’ tour to celebrate nqrse and meychan’s birthdays today!! I talk a tiiiiny bit more about the regular performance setlist etc in yesterday’s notes.

✦ After kami no mani mani, araki wished meychan and nqrse a happy birthday~ nqrse immediately mentioned their twitcast last night where the royal scandal commercial appeared, saying that they intended to sing happy birthday after it turned midnight but as they were searching for it, they heard luz's voice from the tv LOL
✦ they discussed their ages; meychan is turning 24! nqrse said he was turning 25 and i genuinely thought it was a joke but this seems to be true so like, TIL………….
✦ araki mentioned that there’s lots of themes to today’s concert - aranarumey new years’, narumey birthday, and XYZ
✦ meychan’s hair was different from yesterday! one side was tucked behind his ear this time, it looked great
✦ during narumey magnet, they actually did the thing they said they were going to do yesterday, and when they finished they were like “why did we do that”
✦ today when they went to ring the bell, araki said that since they have so many guests, it's possible that nothing will happen this time…. but luz appeared!! he said he was dressed as a god, in white loose clothes. nqrse called him mont blanc because of the design on his right side
✦ they asked luz to ring the bell the second time, and for some reason he got directly behind the torii to swing it from there?? he barely got any sound out of it and araki was like, “amazing, i’ve never seen someone swing so vigorously for so little sound to come out” then nqrse took it from him swished it a little, and the sound was fine LMAO
✦ luz finally got sound out of the bell, and………… un:c appeared on the second floor balcony?! he kept looking down at us and grinning as the others on the stage casually him what he was doing up there and played dumb when they said he should be down there with them… he was wearing his XYZ DJ style outfit from last year
✦ they waited for un:c to join them, then the third ring brought out a wooden box you throw coins in, wheeled out by staff, and senra crawled out of it!! he wore what he wore at Osaka; a neat red and black suit~
✦ when they all lined up, luz said “these members are basically XYZ, and you know what that means……. “ and Alice in NY started up!!! omg the screams
✦ at one part the pairs all lined up back to back but luz like turned his face to senra and took his chin in his hands
✦ they went into Boys & Girls -> Fansa (un:c) -> balleriko (luz) -> yurufa -> senra solo!!
✦ i was super happy to hear the team paripi and team naruse songs……… once team paripi were left on the stage after alice in NY, we all knew what was gonna happen and were so excited!! they talked for a little bit and kind of alluded to what them being on stage meant for the next song
✦ i love fansa so much un:c always looks so cool getting us to headbang and he waves at the audience all cute
✦ he took off his jacket about halfway though :^) also at the end he jumped off from the platform and he went SO HIGH when the others came out later they were telling him he jumped “up to here” while stretching their arms like all the way above their heads LMAO
✦ luz got us to wish narumey a happy birthday in the middle of his song~ he also twirled his mic out of nowhere and looked too cool to exist
✦ after luz’s solo, he said he wanted to ring the bell again to call someone out and we saw nqrse and senra rush behind the set LMAO nqrse was like "you need to tell us beforehand if you're gonna do something like that!!!"
✦ they made fun of him and asked if this was his one-man, then imitated him being all cool during his solo asking us to jump and bring the house down
✦ honestly luz’s face seemed to turn red like every time he had MC with the group today LOL they kept making fun of him and he was really cute……………………...
✦ they pointed out how luz and senra were in such nice clothes and asked nqrse what exactly the theme of his outfit was
✦ they said araki’s was dead flowers
✦ senra’s growls during yurufa were A+ as usual and luz kept swishing his cardigan around and the way he moves…… idk how he does it but he always comes off as so sultry KJGnfjdhgjak
✦ side note for the rest of the show but nqrse does some amazing growls as well thanks
✦ I didn’t know senra’s solo even though everyone else was able to do all the calls perfectly but i do faintly recall seeing the end once, where he goes off stage and grabs two of those long modelling balloons to let go of so they fly off the stage…. this time everyone went onto the stage with him with their balloons in their colours and they all let them off together at the same time for the end!! luz let one of his go super late and someone yelled at him LMAO
✦ for one song with just the aranarumey members they asked us to turn around….? and turn back around when the song started…. i didn't really get the gag but when we all turned around someone on stage exclaimed so loudly "BLACK!!!" because of everyone's hair LOL

✦ erakute erai really is such a fun song…… meychan and araki were waving their towels wildly as they sang but nqrse Did Not
✦ for today’s calligraphy prompt, they handed it over to luz and he said he and un;c came up with it: “a summary of this year in one kanji"
✦ everyone kind of reacted like ??? ? ? ? ?? ????? this year just started??? and un:c had to step in and be like, no,, what he means is, a kanji to summarize your goal for this year” and then turned to him like, you can’t say it like that it’s too confusing…..
✦araki said that since there’s so many people they have to split the calligraphy into groups!! i thought they were going to do 3 and 3, but for some reason they went by 2’s and I only understood at the end why
✦They got the birthday boys to go first, and meychan looked super unprepared LOL they talked about how it’s nerve wracking to be watched while writing, but that nqrse’s writing is super nice
✦ araki: meychan’s….. well, his has a flavour to it
✦ meychan just stood there panicking without having written anything while nqrse calmly finished his
✦ he ended up writing 食 and said he wants to eat lots of new things this year
✦ next were luz and senra! when luz picked up the ink , everyone was slightly alarmed, but he turned around and was holding the board like a paint pallette and they started laughing…… he also raised his brush from the ink a few times to let it drip back in
✦ he wrote his kanji so quickly violently omfg and his was huge….. he stared at it for a while and then called nqrse over, who took a look and started laughing without saying anything…… luz wanted to confirm the strokes or something because he kept making hand motions and looking confused
✦ when they revealed their writing, we could see that luz wrote 初 but it was like……. missing a stroke and super rough….. araki also pointed out that half of it wasn’t level with the other half……. his signature was also weird it looked like ろす to me but he probably just ran out of ink because no one else pointed it out
✦ senra’s kanji was very very neat and pretty, in contrast
✦ last pair was araki and un:c!! araki very loudly said he doesn’t want anyone to even get a small glimpse of what he was going to write, so he turned the entire board around. they asked un:c if he was going to do the same and after slight deliberation he turned his around as well, so we just watched the backs of two boards with the others making comments occasionally…… meychan tried to look at araki’s and got yelled at so loudly LMAO he didn’t even have the mic
✦ they said they’d reveal theirs at the same time and it turns out they had actually written “happy birthday”!! the keyboardist started playing and we all sang happy birthday to narumey as a gigantic cake was wheeled out!
✦ they gathered around and told us that the cake had their aranarumey illustrations on it, and that it looked super fancy and rich
✦ meychan took one look at it and said it’d be dangerous if someone chose to pick this particular cake up to shove into someone’s face
✦ the two of them futzed around with the cake for a bit but i didn’t really understand what was going on… they were kind of picking at it with spoons but didn’t eat any or anything
✦ araki told them he had something for them and went back to the torii, opening the coin box!! he said lots of things were in there~
✦ he brought out two large village vanguard bags, one for nqrse and one for meychan!! luz followed with his own gifts: it was a gigantic gucci bag, from which he pulled out a smaller gucci bag for nqrse, and a brown bag i couldn’t identify for meychan
✦ they seemed so surprised but happy~ they were told to open them right away on stage, so they started digging though araki’s bag first!! he said there was something pretty funny in meychan’s
✦ nqrse was like “this guy thinks im 8 yrs old” as he brought out like 6 pokemon figures LOL he said he was really happy though!! meychan got a giant plush snorlax face tissue holder, and the two of them also got matching snorlax cookie tins!
✦ luz said he got their shoe sizes previously for this, implying the gifts were shoes, and meychan’s definitely looked like a shoe box but nqse’s was a sleek and flat black box?? it turns out it was a really nice scarf!! luz told him to wear it and he made to put it on the calligraphy stand at first to luz acting kind of panicked HAHA he put it on properly and looked very nice though
✦ meychan’s gift from luz actually was shoes~ someone said all he’d been wearing were crocs recently and he said he really did need new shoes so he was pleased
✦ luz mentioned that he had intended to buy shoes for nqrse too, but as he walked around he ended up getting the scarf instead
✦ nqrse said that he’s starting to receive more and more gucci gifts from fans recently…… damn son
✦ They told meychan to put the shoes on right then so he does, while complaining that no one will get to see them properly from the stage anyways….. when he finally gets them on he steps onto the platform to show them off
✦ nqrse made sure to tell us that they received presents from senra and un:c backstage too!! I don’t remember what senra got nqrse, but they said he got meychan a fucking?? segway and they were playing around with it a little before the show…… you can see in the video they uploaded to twitter but it totally wasn’t what i was imagining what i heard “segway”..... still though it looks expensive omfg
✦ un:c got them…?? cotton candy?? they said something about making it backstage so idk
✦ nqrse then said he and meychan had something to tell everyone else, and i saw the keyboardist duck back over to the keyboard! the happy birthday instrumentals started up again, and the two of them sang “thank you everyone” to the tune of happy birthday, and another cake was wheeled out! it was tiny and apparently in the shape of a cat….. luz looked at it and asked if it was naruse’s image cat but it was just some random cat lmao
✦ apparently that morning the two of them had went to look at cakes because they figured there’d be cake for them and wanted to get one for everyone else as well!! so he said the big one would be for the two of them and everyone else can eat the tiny one
✦ luz picked up the smaller cake to hold for the picture but everyone in the audience made very concerned sounds at him LMAO they told us it’d be fine though
✦ when they finished, they were about to wheel the big cake away but someone in the audience shouted, asking if they weren’t gonna eat any? so nqrse swiftly fed meychan to lots of screams, scooped up some for himself, and then started wheeling it away
✦ meychan chased after him, scrambling to pick up a fork, so he slowed down a bit and let him feed him~ he looked so cute turning around and chomping on the cake!! everyone screamed a lot, then meychan turned around to look at us before disappearing and put that same spoon, that he just fed nqrse with, in his mouth smfh
✦ nqrse talked about how they didn’t have a birthday event last year, so araki said by all means they should do one again next time!!
✦ they mentioned how this was senra’s second performance and how it’s nearly become aranarumeysen
✦ they finished with shake it!! again, as a group! i was able to grab some streamers this time~
✦ everyone stayed to bow this time!! they did the peko peko pan pan pekori~na at each side of the stage
✦ luz did his usual of blowing kisses and waving flirtily at the audience :^)
