I went to a New Year’s countdown concert! Performers were Kony, clear, Ikasan, NORISTRY, and Megatera Zero! Secret guests were Irie Ryo, Utamaro, Izu, Tsukasashi, and Shack! Iincho also joined in at the end~

✦ This was a free live, but with a drink fee! They gave us envelopes when we entered, which we put money in when the concert ended and returned as otoshidama to them!
✦ the stage opened with kony and megatera zero! megatera had his hair done really nicely, with one side pulled back. He was also wearing a red kimono! He looked really good and his fans were freaking out lmao. He said it didn’t suit him at all but i thought he looked great??
✦ kony’s hair is like a purple-brown!! i guess he got it cut? it looks really nice hes so pretty
✦ Kony said he’ll count down to his limit and they’ll need to bring a stool out for him to sit on
✦ they called out the “ikemen” and ikasan came out! I think her outfit really suited her… She was in like a silver cardigan
✦ the three of them talked for a bit, then all the main performers sang one solo!
✦ nori’s outfit was SO CUTE it was a loose black and white striped shirt but it was so big on him!!! he had moe sleeves it was so cute
✦ He sang proto disco!
✦ clear sang queen of heart~ i”m super happy to get to hear that in person
✦ megatera came back out in his normal clothes and hair HAHA
✦ after the solos, everyone came out together to talk!
✦ in the next part, everyone sang two songs each!
✦ ikasan came out first and was told she could talk about anything but she didn’t think about what to say at all LOL
✦ She did say she likes sweet drinks, and when someone asked “what about beer?” she was like, “Ah beer, that’s one flavour I don’t quite yet understand” [bittersweet smile]
✦ She sang a song i didn’t know, but nori’s fans in the front row were over the moon with delight when she announced the title, and even brought out the super-bright glowsticks for the chorus!
✦ next was NORISTRY! He said he had thought of what to say for MC, but ikasan already said it LOL
✦ he put a blue jacket on over his shirt~
✦ He ended up asking if anyone went for comiket (which he was also at, all day...) and a bunch of people raised their hands! he was surprised at the amount, and asked if anyone was selling (there were a handful)
✦ He also asked for who didn’t have new years holidays and was like “ah…… we’re nakama”
✦ someone called him cute and he chuckled and said “but i’m an ossan you know”
✦ then he said he’s turning 20 this year (again) and people congratulated him LMAO
✦ he sang Hit You With This Piano 8759632145 Times first and it was really fun as usual!! the glowsticks were brought out again, as expected
✦ He said the next song was one he loves a lot~ a ballad version of shoujo rei! He called it a version that suits winter
✦ THIS WAS SO AMAZING I DON’T EVEN KNOW HOW TO DESCRIBE HOW GOOD HE WAS??
✦ I’ve heard him sing it so many times but this time was really, really incredible. His voice and volume control matched the tension in the song perfectly and he had the audience absolutely captivated………. i was completely frozen in place??? by the end i saw so many people in front of me crying, and I myself was shaking LMAO i’ve never had that happen before and i really couldn’t believe what i just witnessed
✦ when he finished, we were expected to immediately recover from that amazing performance as kony stepped on stage and they sang A Whole New World together with kony acting as jasmine??????
✦ after that the audience kept calling him jasmine
✦ nori kneeled for kony and kony gave him his hand, but when he took it kony started laughing and forgot the lyrics LOL
✦ kony’s voice is so LOUD i could hear it over the speakers?? omg
✦ next was a collab with kony and clear!! clear brought out his phone and said nero was on it, so kony asked him if he was ok and we got a “nnope” (he was supposed to be a performer today but got the flu ;-;)
✦ He asked more questions and it became clear that it was actually just a bunch of recordings that clear was controlling LMAO
✦ they sang mr music~ it was kind of a jazzy version, which fit them really well~

✦ as we got closer to midnight, megatera and kony came out to talk, and kony said his friend that loves alcohol was here and was going to sing a song before it became the new year!
✦ it was irie ryo loool followed by utamaro, who was carrying a guitar! Irie was already acting drunk as hell
✦ then, they said that there was one guy who said he was quitting this year, and izu came out?! I was so surprised to see him! he said that he retired this year, but when he got the call from megatera, he had no choice but to come!!
✦ he was in an oversized hoodie and looked super cute
✦ they sang a song with utamaro on acoustic guitar!
✦ The rest of the group joined the stage to sing Butterfly! We all sang along, and megatera jumped off the stage and put his mic into the front of the audience for them to sing?! then, he even embraced one of the guys in front and pushed the mic deeper into the crowd!!! what a dude
✦ at some point, tsukasashi, shack, and iinchou appeared? iinchou appeared really late and without much announcement, and he didn’t have a song to sing, but he was there for the group songs!
✦ tsukasashi has such a big personality LMAO while he yelled at the audience some of the others were like “is this a one-man?!”
✦ kony brought out four bottles of champagne for the countdown~ nori and clear both had bottles, but nori seemed to have no idea how to open it! while there was chatting and cheering going on, clear taught him how to do it ;v;
✦ there was a small commotion amongst megatera, shack, and some others in the back corner of the stage over one of the bottles of champagne while clear talked, then ikasan walked over to them and took a huge swig?! people yelled
✦ from the countdown, we went straight into senbonzakura!! it was so much fun!!! There was a lot of mic sharing, and a lot of them were arm in arm~ megatera chugged so much champagne and clear sang the solo part!
✦ the other group songs were charles and deriheru yondara kimi ga kita! it was such a blast and everyone on stage looked like they were having so much fun!!!!
✦ megatera was really running the show….. he was passing the mic to people, throwing his arms around people to sing, getting the audience engaged and cheering, and just creating such a great atmosphere in general!
✦ izu sang a lot?! he had hold of a mic for most of the time i saw him!
✦ nori and kony were doing such a cute dance together
✦ when we took the group picture, megatera joked that he wanted to cover his face and kony yelled at him saying LIKE HELL his face is always out there LMAO
✦ and that was it!! we said goodbye to them, and I was wondering if there was going to be an encore, but we were already 15 minutes over time? we saw nori wave at us from the guests’ viewing area, so i figured it was over and i put my otoshidama in the box and made my way home~

This was a collaboration even between Canaria and Millfy bars, featuring clear, amu, and yuuku on the Canaria side, and Nero, Shack, and kec on the Millfy side! The two managers were acting as bartenders in the back. It was basically a Christmas party for the regular attendees of the bars, and many girls dressed up in santa girl or reindeer girl outfits.

I didn’t go to the first event, but for the second event, they did the singing first and then the rest of the time was meant for mingling and drinking! Yuuku and amu both sang solos, then did a duet with each other! Shack and kec did the same. Then, cleanero did 3 solos together!! They did startdust utopia which I looooove so much, so I was really pleased! Then, the party was in full swing! Quite a few bottles of champagne were popped and everyone was very busy visiting table to table to do cheers! Shack and Nero got drunk quite quickly and I was pretty obvious hahaha. They had raffles going with every drink that you purchased! There were signed boards by all of the performers, and then two four-hour free passes for millfy, and two 2-hour rental tickets of canaria!! Incredibly generous prizes! I didn’t win anything, but it looks like some of the attendees who had gotten a loooot of drinks had won. As we left, nero was drunkenly sticking his head out between the curtains in the hallways saying goodbye to all of us. It was clear he was drunk out of his mind, but he was so cute……

For the night event, there was no formal singing and it was mostly just mingling and drinking!! Even more bottles of champagne were popped, to a really impressive degree honestly. Some people took the stage when they felt like singing! Shack sang a bit. I think this was when I saw clear in the back, holding a lightstick, going hard with the cheering. Later on, he got on stage with it and said that he doesn’t know if it was given to him or lent to him, but he’ll give it back if they ask for it, and then stuck it onto a mic stand with the colour still set on blue. I think he also sang a bit? Nero was on the audience floor being himself, cheering cutely in a kind of daze. They were all really busy attending to most of the guests, so hisame and I were mostly keeping to ourself and possibly scaring off others by speaking rapidfire English hahaha….. Nearing the end of the event, I did pass by amu at one point and he noticed me so I said hi!! I’m touched that he still remembered me even though I go to Canaria so infrequently :’) At the end as we were leaving, clear caught us in the hallway and was asking us if we were from canaria or millfy! We were halfway through a conversation when lots of others started stremaingout of the hall, and he got caught up saying goodbye to everyone else so we didn’t know if we should just leave…?! We ended up quickly telling him goodbye and he kind of grabbed our hands cheerfully and shook them while saying bye, so cute!! He was clearly quite drunk too lol.

It was a really interesting event!! I wish I hadn’t been so sick so I could’ve drank a little bit more ( I wanted to try the special guests’ cocktails, but it was still fun regardless! It’s so cool how they can do these kinds of things with their fans….. What a good way to spend Christmas Eve~
