tennokoeun:c’s release event at Village Vanguard for his mini album, “cafe de nanairo”! It was a CD signing! He did previous weekends at Nagoya and Osaka, as well. I went to both Tokyo and Saitama events, which were back to back!
✦ To get a ticket, you were advised to phone in and reserve a copy, but I was too worried about my speaking skills on the phone and didn’t do it immediately….. They ended up filling all reservation capacity really quickly, but luckily there was a small amount of stock reserved for the day of the event!
✦ If you bought multiple copies, you could choose to loop back to the end of the line after every signing, but I wasn't sure if it was any better than just doing it all at once? i had kind of assumed if you did it all at once they'd give you a bit more time anyways. On the second day I did both at once
02/15 at Shinjuku Lumine Village Vanguard
✦ I got there at opening and there was already a line LOL a bunch of girls were carrying his tote and got like an entire stack of CDs
✦ I was in the F group, which started at 4:30pm! They led us past the gacha wall where he was sitting, and into the stairwell, where we lined up to wait
✦ You wrote who you wanted the signature to be addressed to on the back of the ticket, and he’d take it and write it down on the inner booklet of the cd!
✦ I didn’t know how it’d go at all or how much time we got so I was super nervous…… It was quiet for a moment as he started signing, and then he commented on my “follow me” t-shirt and i was like “y-yeah!!”
✦ he was wearing a cap, his nice glasses, and his white tour t-shirt from last year! And a mask, which we all had to wear for coronavirus precautions
✦ I brought up his glasses, which he took a picture of before the Nagoya sign event, asking if they were JINS like i thought and that i had spent a long time deciding between those frames and the ones I ended up buying…. i dont know if i said everything properly but i was definitely struggling LOL i should’ve picked a better topic but i was so surprised by his choice when i saw the picture
✦ I said that rounder frames were a little difficult to see through (due to the distortion) so I chose my more square ones and he was like “mm yeah these are hard to see through. (???!?!?!!??!) [pause] yours look easier to see through” and i think i was like “i-is that so” and then the guy called for time so i said “thank you” and ran away LOL afterwards I realised i probably should have told him that i thought they were really stylish though and liked them a lot KLJFDHJKL
✦ I was really happy to see him and talk to him though ahhhhh
02/16 at Plus AEON Laketown Village Vanguard
✦ This store was so big LMAO i’d never been to a Village Vanguard that wasn’t in the Big City so I was pretty surprised
✦ Again, I got there at opening and grabbed two CDs this time! I suddenly asked my friends the night before if they wanted copies because i…. wanted an excuse to see him again……. :^)
✦ The actual place he was sitting was behind a gacha wall again, but within the store where there was even a stage for special talk events or something
✦ He was in a cap/mask and his glasses again, but I didn’t get a look at what he was wearing this time slkfjaslkdf somehow I always miss remembering peoples’ clothes at meetings like this
✦ This time I told him where each of my friends was from, and then delivered a message from chacha! She wanted to tell him to do his best with hashiyan and the others from Balus, and when he heard that was was like “ah!! MZM, right?” I was really happy to hear him say it LOL
✦ He said thank you for the message very seriously
✦ I then told him that I went to XYZ Valentines and had a lot of fun~ I said I especially liked the dance and he DID THE VALENTINE KISS HAND MOTIONS HHHHGGHJDGKH i was so happy to see him do it up close LMSEIKJGH and i automatically tried to imitate him while laughing
✦ This time i don’t remember getting called for time but i had basically said all i could think of so i made to leave and as I did he said “Come see me again, okay?” (また会いに来てね！) while waving and smiling and it surprised me so much but I said “Yes!!” and fled
✦ He was so cute i was still reeling the entire like 15 min walk back to the station and i couldn’t stop thinking of him doing the hand motions SCREAMS
✦ I’m really glad i went twice 0(:3 )～ ('､3_ヽ)_
